Financial Assistance Application

This is an official request to the Board of Trustees for financial assistance from the church. As a church, we know that there are times when we all need extra assistance. 
We ask all request to be submitted by this form. 
All requests will then be reviewed, deliberated, and a decision will be made.

This in an application for financial assistance. We will prayerfully consider all request and allow God to lead us. We get many request. As much as we wish we could we can not grant all financial requests.
